Mail is always private to the person who connected it, super admin included. Finance accounts are household-wide, private, or shared with named people.
What is left, and exactly where to click. It updates as you go.
Paste keys here: nothing goes in GitHub. Stored encrypted; a saved key is never shown again. Takes effect immediately.
Every Sunday night your own data goes to OneDrive → Personal Assistant → Backups, kept apart: Finance (accounts, transactions, categories, properties, goals, loans), Mail (mail summaries, tasks, filing rules) and Health (your own logs, never the coach chat). Last 12 weeks kept, plus one per month for good. Nobody else's mail is ever in your files.
Sign in with Face ID, Touch ID or Windows Hello instead of typing your password. Your password keeps working.
Changing it signs out your other devices.
Action items the AI found in your mail: replies people are waiting for, bills, signatures, renewals, security alerts. "Track" turns one into a task above.
Open slots across all your connected calendars. Busy, tentative and out-of-office time is avoided; "free" events are not.
The AI tags each new email with every label below that fits (up to 4). Labels only tag mail in this app: they never move, file, archive or delete anything. Click a label on a message to see only that mail. Switch off what you do not want; edit any label's AI rule to fit your mail.
Name it and write, in a sentence, which emails get it. The AI follows it like the built-in labels.
Moves rule-matched mail older than each folder's age out of the Inbox. Dry run logs only. Arm after reviewing a dry run.
